After having served the FDU INKINGI Party for thirteen years;
Considering that time comes to take my leave in order to give away to my successor to continue the mission that had been assigned to me by the FDU INKINGI Party;
Considering that the Law Governing Political Parties and Politicians in Rwanda;
Considering that my intellectual and moral capacities plead for continuing my political career which has been marked by this permanent quest for the unity of Rwandans;
I am announcing the launch of a new Opposition Party called « Development And Liberty For All – UMURINZi» (DALFA UMURINZI) in the line with the Law Governing Political Parties and Politicians in Rwanda.
The Party « Development and Liberty for All UMURINZI (DALFA UMURINZI) is under the responsibility of a Management Team which will be made public in the near future.
The Statutes and the Rules governing the Party will be established shortly in the line with the Law Governing Political Parties and Politicians in Rwanda.
